Capacity — 2,028 (maximum) - depending on stage and lighting requirements.
Basic Rent —
$1,155.00 or 10% of gross ticket admission receipts, after taxes
(8.4%), whichever is greater.
Box Office Charges — 3% of gross admission receipts, with a
$400.00 minimum/$1,000.00 maximum. Second show-same day - $400.00
