The Yuma Civic Center offers complete onsite food and beverage preparation facilities with a full service kitchen and portable equipment to accommodate any occasion ranging from coffee service to a banquet for 1,100.
The kitchen facilities are operated exclusively by Civic Center staff and by the Center's authorized caterers. Menus and prices are readily available for any type of meal you desire. Special menus can be arranged for theme parties or unique dietary requirements.
The Yuma Civic Center provides in-house break service, operates the concession stands and provides the alcoholic beverage service.
Programs, CD's, tapes, photos, t-shirts or other articles relating to the performance or event that are to be sold in conjunction with the event by the lessee must be arranged with and approved by the facility in advance of the event. Such sales are subject to a payment of 15% of gross sales payable to the Yuma Civic Center.
Once you have booked a definite date for your event at the Center, contact the caterer of your choice to make arrangement for your food and beverage needs.
Please note: The Yuma Civic Center is a licensed premise and handles all alcoholic beverage services at the Center. We also can provide break service, continental breakfast and other food service needs.
