
The Yuma Civic Center has a full line of equipment and services available for our customers' convenience through our in-house services department. Equipment rental rates are based on a one-day use of equipment. Replacement costs or repair damages will be assessed on any equipment lost or damaged by lessee. Equipment malfunction should be brought to our attention immediately in order to rectify the situation.

The Yuma Civic Center provides limited in-house catering, including continental breakfasts, lunch and dinner buffets, and hot and cold hors d'oeuvres. The Center also provides coffee break service, operates the concession stand and provides the alcoholic beverage service.
In-house Catering
Continental Breakfast: The Center offers a choice of three menus ranging in price from $4.35 to $7.00 per person. China service costs an additional $1.00 per person. Plus applicable taxes.
Lunch Buffet: There are nine standard menu choices for the lunch buffet, both hot and cold. Prices range from $6.75 to $10.50 per person and include coffee and tea. Desserts are extra. China and table linens are $1.00 additional per person. There is minimum guarantee of 30 people for the lunch buffet. Plus applicable taxes.
Dinner Buffet: The dinner buffet menu offers a One-Entree, Two-Entree, or Buffet with Prime Rib or Tri-Tip option choice and is priced accordingly at $8.00, $9.00, or $16.50 or $11.50 per person respectively plus applicable taxes. In addition to your choice of entree(s), the buffet includes your choice of four salads, one starch, and one vegetable. Dessert is extra. China and silverware is an additional $1.00 per person. There is a minimum guarantee of 100 people for the dinner buffet; add $1.00 pp for 50-99 ppl.

The City of Yuma holds a license to sell spirituous liquors at the Yuma Civic Center. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from the Civic Center and served by Civic Center staff. No alcoholic beverages can be taken from or consumed off premises.

Arizona State Law prohibits charging liquor sales, therefore, hosted functions must be paid for in advance or settled in full at the close of the event.
To maintain a consistent level of service, the Civic Center coordinates Security, Stage Labor, Ushers and Box Office Personnel for all Box Office Events. This labor is arranged by the Civic Center and paid for by the lessee. There is a 4-hour minimum for labor. Labor for non-box office events must be coordinated with the Civic Center operations staff. Civic Center sound and lighting equipment is operated ONLY by Civic Center approved personnel.
